Staying in control of a complex and changing IT landscape at Ørsted

"How do you roll out a new EAM solution to a global organization with more than 1,000 IT professionals, 100 architects, and 1,500 applications?  In a session at our LeanIX Connect Summit Europe 2022, Ørsted's Morten Max Andersen, Head of Technology and Application Portfolio Office, Karolina Czekanska, Senior Application Portfolio Management Consultant, and Carsten Hellum, Senior Enterprise Architect, reflected on the run-up to – and lasting impact of –  LeanIX's integration into their IT landscape. The session focused on how the team helped the broader organization prepare for the rollout and supported them during implementation.
